At Al Ghussun Advertising LLC, we take pride in the quality of our products and services. Each item is carefully inspected before delivery. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect product, we’re here to help.


2. Custom & Personalized Orders

Because most of our products (such as acrylic signs, wall décor, and customized prints) are made to order, returns or exchanges are not accepted once production has started — except in the case of:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Damage during delivery

  • Incorrect design or size compared to the approved order


3. Eligibility for Return or Replacement

To qualify for a return or replacement:

  • You must notify us within 3 business days of receiving the order.

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • Photos or videos showing the defect/damage must be provided for review.


4. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom designs approved by the customer before production

  • Color or material variations within standard tolerance limits

  • Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery


5. Process for Return or Replacement

  2. Provide clear photos of the issue.

  3. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or credit as applicable.


6. Refunds

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be issued only for non-custom standard products.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.


7. Delivery Damages

If your order arrives damaged due to courier mishandling, please report it immediately with delivery proof. We will coordinate a replacement after verification.
