2. Shipping Methods

We offer flexible delivery options based on your order type and location:

  • Local Delivery (Within UAE):
    Orders are shipped via trusted local courier partners or company delivery vehicles.
    Estimated delivery time: 2–4 business days after production completion.

3. Production Time

Since most products are custom-made, production starts after artwork/design approval and payment confirmation.
Typical production time:

  • Acrylic signs & wall décor: 2-3 business days

  • Stickers, labels, & prints: 2–4 business days

  • Large-scale signage or branding materials: 7–10 business days

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • Order size, weight, and destination

  • We offer free delivery over 500 AED order

5. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.
You can track your shipment directly through the website.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is delayed, please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery.
We’ll work with the courier to resolve the issue promptly or arrange a replacement if necessary.

7. Pick-Up Option

Customers within the UAE can also collect their orders directly from our workshop/office after confirmation.
